This is a short post and the next post will be the recipes Ive made this week. I love being healthy and however some people think Im crazy for not having bags of chips or frozen foods and packaged goods around my house, however I know that is what we were created for, to eat food not processed.
Occasionally I make a yummy cheesecake dessert and even though its not the healthiest food out there I will still post the recipe and share it since I love to share my recipes.
I also use a lot of honey and organic grade B maple syrup inplace of sugar in some recipes.
Cant wait to get my reicpes uploaded with some pics tonight of what I already have made this week. Until then here is a starter post of my blog.
